Hang is originally from Vietnam, she moved to the DC area with her family in 2008 where she completed her MBA at George Mason University. Her passion for financial planning emerged while she was working for Bank of America. She enjoyed her role at the bank as a relationship manager and problem solver, but wanted to help her clients with more complex financial needs such as retirement, education, tax, estate, and investment planning. This is what ultimately attracted her to financial planning and motivated her to become a certified financial planner.
Learning about new places, meeting new people, and exploring new cultures have always been her passion. She's lived on 3 continents - Asia, Europe, and North America - and set foot in more than 20 countries on her life journey. She lives in University Park, MD with her two small children Sawyer (10) and Finn (5). There are always challenges ahead, but she believes that if you want something badly, the universe will conspire to help you succeed.
